I give this installer a 0 out of 10. We had a PV system installed in 2011 and were satisfied. A few years later, we had the gas boiler replaced. The installation wasn't as ordered. They finally adjusted it to my request. We were left in the cold for three days. We couldn't heat the house. Torre had to come back twice to fix it. During the first boiler maintenance (two years later), a part was immediately replaced without any adjustments, making the bill more than twice as expensive as a regular service. When I inquired, I received a blunt answer that I had to pay and that the part would be replaced at every maintenance for safety reasons. When I inquired with other installers, they only said this part needed to be cleaned, not replaced.
Now, 14 years after the PV system was installed, almost all the panels are broken because they're no longer generating any income. Our sales contract includes an 80% performance guarantee for panels between 10 and 25 years. Torre refuses to accept that these panels are broken. He's trying to trick us into paying for an expensive inspection visit (two people at €87 per hour), which we refused to pay, since we already had all the measurements taken by another installer. He then tries to find every other excuse to blame us or to claim that the panels aren't supposed to fail. We can all argue the point. Not to mention the way this supplier communicates with its customers. So, if you want a reliable installer you can count on, don't go with this company.

I've been trying to schedule a maintenance appointment for a while now, but I can't reach them by phone. I don't even listen to the voicemail, according to the voicemail message. Emails aren't being answered. I also have an older system and am looking for someone to do maintenance. They could easily offer someone who is available. But no answer here either.

Torre and Lucas are transparent and reliable from start to finish, exactly how such services should be. Also, good points for the smooth communication through their office, which results in a smooth placement, processing, and follow-up. Thank you very much!

Not recommended. Poor service, you really can't count on this guy for warranty coverage.
He refuses to replace the appliance under warranty, hides behind the "manufacturer's warranty," cheats you for years with "repairs" that don't solve anything and take months (without a replacement appliance), and tries to stall until the warranty expires.
We filed a complaint with the energy ombudsman, and they confirmed that the appliance needed to be replaced, but Torre kept refusing because it would cost him money.
Edit: See his response. So he keeps hiding behind all sorts of things, even though the complaint to the ombudsman was in our favor. He was actually required to replace the appliance, and there were no rules or conditions preventing that.
These people are simply outrageous.
