We had a very poor experience with Depa Ramen. Everything was already discussed months beforehand, but still they were not able to do it on the time they told us themselves. It took multiple (sometimes unanswered) phone calls and 3 false promises of "we will be there on that date" to get it finally placed. Even the building firm we were working with was annoyed by the way they acted. When they eventually came, they apparently did it even wrong for 50% of the installations. So they had to come back again... After weeks of mailing and calling, the issues are still not fixed. All issues started with DEPA not doing what was agreed beforehand. I will not work with DEPA ever again, and neither would I recommend it to others. Save yourself the trouble and find somebody else
In confidence and on the advice of our architect, we had all our joinery work carried out by DEPA. It now appears that DEPA used inferior material for the ground rail of our gate. Now that we contacted them about this, they deny the installation of the gate, despite the proof with their invoice and refuse to help us with the repair. DEPA for those who want to be deceived. The response from DEPA's manager, below, is not correct. They clearly distanced themselves from the inferior work that was delivered at the time with the claim that they had not installed the gate, even though I was able to refute this with the original invoice. Fortunately, most of the contracting was done better and I pointed that out immediately. However, a company should deal honestly with customers EVEN AFTER THE AGREEMENT has been completed. DEPA's manager is not succeeding in this. Referring a customer to a company that does not deal with the problems presented is cowardly. As long as a company is not in bankruptcy or liquidation, correct customer service is part of normal interaction between customers and executors.
On 28/03 a first email was sent to Deparamen to report a sliding window handle that had been turned. Two email messages and two telephone calls later, the technician came by on 19/04 to carry out the repair and our sliding window can open again. We are happy. The repair was carried out well by a friendly technician.
There are several reviews about poor after-sales service and I can unfortunately confirm this. A window broke 7 months ago (if you want to open the window completely, it also remains in the tilt position). Many emails and telephone calls later, Depa ramen has still not found a way to repair the window... They also do not want to provide information about the parts or profiles so that I can look for another repairer. Think carefully before you do business with this company if after-sales service is important to you... If anyone can help me with the contact details of a company that can repair the fittings (Roto brand, see photo), I would love to hear from you... Update As Depa indicates, the window has now been repaired (after 14 months). I understand that parts can be difficult to obtain, but communication could still be improved. I have adjusted the review to 3*.
A 16-year-old roller of a sliding fly window, made at the time by Depa windows, had broken down. I thought, that's out of the question. But the manager promptly asked for a replacement wheel and I received this for free. Fantastic from DEPA!
