We've always been satisfied with ACB Motors: good work and fast service. But after our last visit, we were unfortunately disappointed. The truck wasn't returned clean (with hair, footprints, and an unpleasant odor in the cabin), which was very upsetting for our driver, who has allergies. We found the response to our complaint even worse. Instead of taking responsibility, they mainly dismissed us and offered a solution they knew wasn't feasible. It's a shame, because their work is usually excellent—but the way they handled this really damaged our trust.
