Not recommended. Poor service, you really can't count on this guy for warranty coverage.
He refuses to replace the appliance under warranty, hides behind the "manufacturer's warranty," cheats you for years with "repairs" that don't solve anything and take months (without a replacement appliance), and tries to stall until the warranty expires.
We filed a complaint with the energy ombudsman, and they confirmed that the appliance needed to be replaced, but Torre kept refusing because it would cost him money.
Edit: See his response. So he keeps hiding behind all sorts of things, even though the complaint to the ombudsman was in our favor. He was actually required to replace the appliance, and there were no rules or conditions preventing that.
These people are simply outrageous.

As others have already mentioned, he does come and install, but leaves you in the cold when problems arise or for necessary maintenance. He simply refuses to come.
I've also had my system freeze several times because it was only filled with water instead of glycol.
Rotex, by the way, is a brand that apparently you can't find any other installers for in Flanders, so you have to go to him or Daikin themselves, and they also make you wait for weeks or months.
Therefore, I would avoid Rotex altogether and only do business with Mr. Moerman if you live in the same village and don't consider finishing work too important.
Addition: The solution Mr. Moerman proposed was that he would send me the materials, and I would then have to repair my own system. But I'm not a plumber. I've tried it before, and I had to buy new materials because I broke it. He knows that too.
But coming here wasn't an option. And that's what you'd expect from someone who installs a system, but that's just my humble opinion. Don't confuse politeness with understanding.

After a lot of prospecting, and the many positive responses on Facebook to the question of who is a reliable and professional company in my area, I ended up at Torre Moerman.
Receive a correct, detailed quote after a home visit. The quotation fully met our expectations in terms of quality/price. Agreements were made about the date of implementation, inspection and commissioning.
Everything that was previously agreed was subsequently carried out in a correct and professional manner. Friendly and skilled staff. Site neatly cleaned up after installation.
All dates of installation/inspection/commissioning/administration in connection with premiums were 100% met.
Highly recommended.
