As already indicated by others, he will install it, but will leave you out in the cold in case of problems or necessary maintenance. He just refuses to come.
Also had the system freeze several times because it was only filled with water instead of Glycol.
By the way, Rotex is a brand for which you apparently cannot find any other installers in Flanders, so you have to go to him or Daikin itself, and they also make you wait weeks or months.
I would therefore avoid Rotex anyway, and only with Mr. Join Moerman if you live in the same village and don't find finishing too important.
Addition: The solution that Mr Moerman proposed is that he would send material, and that I would then have to repair my own system. But I'm not a plumber. I've tried it before, and I had to buy new equipment because I broke it. He knows that too.
But coming here was not an option. And that's what you might expect from someone installing a system, but that's just my humble opinion. Furthermore, do not confuse politeness with understanding.

Price-quality highly recommended!
Torre and Lucas are transparent and reliable from start to finish, especially how such services should be. Also good points for the smooth communication via their secretariat, which results in a smooth placement, handling and follow-up. Thank you very much!

Not recommended. Bad service, you really can't count on this person for a warranty.
Refuses to replace the device under warranty, hides behind "factory warranty", plays with your feet for years with "repairs" that solve nothing and take months (without a replacement device) and tries to stretch time until the warranty has expired.
We had submitted a complaint to the energy ombudsman and they had confirmed that the device needed to be replaced, but Torre always refused because it would cost him money.
Edit: see his answer, so he keeps hiding behind all kinds of things, while the complaint to the ombudsman was in our favor, he actually had to replace the device and there were no rules or conditions that prevented that.
Such people are just scandalous.

Service and guarantees are words that are not in his dictionary. I've been by a few times to ask when the repair would finally be done. Reply was very rude and treated like rotten fish. Busy, busy, busy with new projects, but making an appointment for repairs is not possible. The answer was to install a new solar boiler.
