Professional and honest contractors still exist; I was starting to have my doubts.
I can only be positive about HEBA Elektrotechniek. We discussed everything together regarding the installation of the solar panels and air conditioners, and I received a correct explanation. Bart takes his time with his customers and advises on what is best for your home.
The quote arrived at the promised time; there was a reasonable wait for the installation, but this was also clearly stated when signing the agreement.
In the meantime, the solar panels and air conditioners were installed as promised before the construction holiday.
The appointment for the execution of the work is also communicated and adhered to in a timely manner.
Bart is also usually available if there are questions, or you can come back yourself.
He works cleanly and correctly; everything is left tidy, and they try to minimize damage during the installation of all the equipment, which is not always easy.
The work was carried out within the agreed and scheduled time.
Bart is very friendly and thinks along with you to achieve the best result. Together with Charlotte, they are a top team, not to mention his wife Leen, who takes care of the administration. Keep up the good work, it is a pleasure to be helped like this by an honest contractor who lives two streets away.
Would I recommend HEBA Elektrotechniek....very certainly, it is not the cheapest but works with quality materials so the price is slightly higher, but in return you get perfect service.

At our initial meeting, we received very clear information about solar panels and the available options. Afterward, all agreements regarding quotes, installation, and so on were fulfilled perfectly.
We are very happy with our choice.

We deden beroep op HEBA Elektrotechniek voor de installatie van zonnepanelen + thuisbatterij. Van meet af aan hadden we het volste vertrouwen in Bart en het volledige team. Na het goedkeuren van de offerte hebben we gevraagd of we de installatie tijdelijk konden uitstellen omdat onze verhuis vertraging had opgelopen. Dit was allemaal geen probleem. Bij de plaatsing van de installatie is alles keurig verlopen zoals afgesproken. De installatie is professioneel geplaatst volgens de regels van de kunst en binnen de afgesproken tijd was de installatie operationeel. We zijn heel tevreden over het duidelijk advies, de betrouwbare service en communicatie. Bij eventueel volgende projecten nemen we zeker opnieuw contact op met HEBA!

I called on Bart and his team to install solar panels. The appointments, delivery, and installation were perfect, with very clear communication with the customer. This was the final step in a complete renovation project; it's such a shame I didn't contact these professionals sooner. Thank you so much for this excellent service!
